MyPet Returns Policy
We are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from MyPet be found to be faulty or damaged in transit, then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
All returns must be notified to MyPet within 7 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of products being opened it will be at the discretion of MyPet as to whether to replace the products. This does not affect your rights to product exchanges as stipulated by the manufacturers.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from MyPet mistakenly and through no fault of MyPet, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to MyPet unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, MyPet reserves the right to charge a collection fee to cover the cost.
If we are unable replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
